Changing icons / FancyTitle shortcode

Hello, I am trying to find out how to change the icons on the mission section and the pageline icon within the fancytitle shortcode. I have used my own images/URLs and it will not change the icon. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, and is this the only support option you have?
